We are looking for a Dynamic Movement Artist to take over a key role in a high-energy work exploring the euphoria, grit, and community of 90s Rave Culture in Northern Ireland.

 

 

This is a physical storytelling piece that demands high stamina, precision, and a deep connection to the music. We need someone who can hit the ground running, blend seamlessly with the existing cast, and bring their own artistic voice to the floor.  Who can learn the existing material quickly but also contribute creatively to bring the show through its final stages to premiere.

 

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• DYNAMIC MOVEMENT ARTIST: You must possess high-level movement skills and strong technique.

• COLLABORATOR: Strong skills in improvisation/devising are essential, comfortable partnering and working closely with others.

• PHYSICAL STORYTELLER: The work is story-centered. You must be able to explore character and theatricality through movement, diving into themes of rave culture, conflict, and drug culture.

• IMMERSIVE & INTERACTIVE: The show is set in a club where performers mix with the audience. You must be comfortable performing in close proximity to the crowd, maintaining focus and character while interacting directly with the public.

• THE VIBE: Professional & fun, We tackle gritty subjects, but we enjoy a laugh.

 

MUST BE AVAILABLE:

• Rehearsals: May 11–22 & June 8–11

• Performances: June 12 & June 20

• £600 per week: Travel & accommodation provided.
