A CREATIVE ARTS PROGRAMME FOR ADULTS OVER 55
PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS:
SEEDS OF WISDOM: A FREE 12-week creative arts programme for adults over 55, blending gardening, textiles, and movement to promote well-being, connection and creativity. Working with experienced artists participants will enjoy the following:

Gardening workshops.

Movement for fitness through fun warm ups and exercises.

Textiles & art workshops. A final arts installation.
Join us in a welcoming, social environment to grow, create and move together!
